Fishing Industry Members
Any person who is a member of the Oregon commercial fishing industry engaged in traditional trawl
fisheries using current gear and technology (i.e., not including clam dredges, scallop dredges, and any other sub-benthic fishing methods or technology) who has executed the Memorandum of Agreement with AT&T regarding the creation of the Corporation, subscribes to the Corporation's purposes, and who meets the other terms, conditions, and requirements of membership established by the Board of Directors, shall be eligible for membership in the Corporation.

Cable Industry Member
AT&T and any entity that succeeds to AT&T's interest in submarine cables landed at the Bandon Cable Station shall be a member of the Corporation.
